Consumer Rights — Withdrawal, Cancellation & Refund Policy

• When you place an order electronically through our website, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales agreement presented to you.
• Buyers are subject to the provisions of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts (Official Gazette: 27.11.2014/29188) in the sale and delivery of the products they purchase.
• Product shipping costs shall be borne by the buyer.
• Each purchased product shall be delivered to the person and/or organization specified by the buyer, provided that it does not exceed the legal 30-day period. If the product is not delivered within this period, the buyer may terminate the contract.
• The purchased product must be delivered in accordance with the specifications stated in the order, complete and with documents such as warranty certificate and user manual, if applicable.
• If it is understood that the purchased product cannot be supplied, the seller is obligated to notify the buyer in writing within 3 days. The product price must be refunded within 14 days at the latest.

If the buyer does not pay the order amount or cancels it in bank records, the seller's obligation to deliver the product shall cease.

If, after the product has been delivered, it is determined that the payment was made in an unauthorized manner by persons other than the buyer and that the bank did not make payment to the seller, the buyer must pay for the product within 3 days using a different payment method.

If the product cannot be delivered on time due to force majeure events that the seller could not foresee, the buyer shall be informed. The buyer may request cancellation of the order, replacement with a similar product, or postponement of delivery until the obstacle is removed.

If the buyer cancels the order:

• The amount paid shall be refunded in cash within 14 days.
• For payments made by credit card, the amount shall be returned to the bank within 14 days of the cancellation. It may take 2-3 weeks for the bank to transfer this amount to the buyer's account.

• The buyer must inspect the product before accepting delivery; damaged products with dents, breaks, torn packaging, etc. should not be accepted. Products accepted upon delivery are considered to be in good condition.
• If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the product must not have been used and must be returned with its invoice.

The buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receiving the purchased product, without assuming any legal or penal liability and without providing any reason. The right of withdrawal must be communicated to the seller through the following contact information.

• The product must be unused and undamaged for the exercise of the right of withdrawal.
• The invoice, box, packaging, and any standard accessories must be returned complete with the product.
• The seller shall refund the product price within 10 days at the latest after receiving the notification that the right of withdrawal has been exercised, and shall accept the return of the product within 20 days.

• Products custom-made at the buyer's request or products whose return is not suitable for health and hygiene reasons.
• Cosmetic and personal care products whose packaging has been opened.
• Electronic content or digital products whose performance is immediately fulfilled.

• You may make your payments in TL via bank transfer/EFT.
• You may make a single or installment payment with a credit card through our website. Your payment will be collected after order confirmation.
